• Item arrived damaged
• Wrong item was delivered

Items must be:

• In original packaging
• In resellable condition

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  2. Include order number
  3. Provide photos (if damaged/defective)
  4. Await approval and instructions

Do not send items without prior authorization.

4. Refunds

Once approved and inspected:

• Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days
• Issued to original payment method
• Shipping fees are non-refundable (unless error on our side)

5. Exchanges

We replace defective or incorrect items when available.
